Two Paul McCartney performances from the 1986 Prince’s Trust Rock Galas have been released for the first time on iTunes Stores, and are now available for purchase and download. These include live versions of “I Saw Her Standing There”

Paul McCartney is backed by an “all-star” band featuring Elton John, Eric Clapton, Phil Collins, Mark Knopfler, Mark King, Bryan Adams, and others, making this one of the more memorable events in music history.
These new videos join with McCartney’s performance of Get Back
, with Tina Turner, which was released on iTunes Stores last summer.

While you can’t go back to the Speakeasy Club in 1967 to watch the Moody Blues play their new song, Nights in White Satin, you can still bask in their glory by attending one of their concerts on their 2009 Summer Tour. They have an ambitious schedule throughout the US and Canada starting in July 21 in San Diego and wrapping up on September 5 in St. Louis. Along the way, they’ll play to audiences in New York (at Radio City Music Hall), in Boston, Dallas, Memphis, Calgary, Toronto, Indianapolis, and other venues, coast to coast.
